Tier 1 are countries that have similar regulatory and safety reviews as the United States. The list of countries designated as Tier 1 by the US Food & Drug Administration are: Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, Great Britain, South Africa, and countries in the European Union. 

The FDA strictly regulates Tier 1 qualifications, and countries, and countries must maintain their status. Tier 1 countries produce and distribute drugs in a safe and well-regulated environment. 

ElectRx is not a pharmacy, nor do they fill your prescription. An actual brick and mortar pharmacy reviews and fulfills your script and then mails it directly to you. Just like when you fill your prescription locally, with personal importation, your doctor and a pharmacist review your script for safety and efficacy.  

All medications are delivered to your home or location of your choice by the United States Postal Service. Cold chain medications may arrive in a specialty temperature-controlled cooler that needs to be returned to the pharmacy.

No. As long as you have medical insurance, we can work with you to make sure you get the prescriptions you need, delivered to your door, for less money.

No. We do not take Medicaid or Medicare. 

If you have a list of your current medications, it will only take minutes.

Your prescription(s) should arrive in 10 to 12 business days.

Yes. You can cancel your service at any time.

Once you obtain a new script, call ElectRx (855-353-2879) to confirm your eligibility with your Plan’s Drug List.

Unfortunately, no. The Plan option for Personal importation is only for maintenance medication taken regularly. For short-term medications, please use your local pharmacy.

No, but your pharmacy will contact you when it’s time to refill your prescription.

Honestly, we don’t know. Your Plan communicates its benefits package to its members, but to see if you qualify for Personal Importation, please contact the ElectRx call center.
