How to Fill Your Prescriptions with Personal Importation

Check the List

Check the ElectRx Partial Drug List to see if your medication is one of the hundreds of prescription drugs available. If you don’t see your prescription, don’t worry! Give us a call because this list is only a partial list and our list is constantly changing, so your medication may be covered. Don’t miss your chance to save money.

Fill New Prescriptions

If you’re starting a new prescription, you can use the personal importation program, but you must secure at least one fill through a domestic pharmacy before being eligible. Once you’ve received your first fill, you can contact ElectRx to confirm eligibility for personal importation. 

Fill Recurring Prescriptions

Personal importation is only utilized for maintenance and/or recurring medications. 

1.  Contact ElectRx to confirm eligibility under your Plan.

2. Send your prescription. Make sure you have a 30-day supply on hand when you call.
   • Fax your prescription to (833) 353-2879, or
   • Call (855) 353-2879 for physician ePrescribe instructions
3. The pharmacy will receive your order and your prescription will be mailed to you within 10-12 days at no cost to you!
4. When it’s time for a refill, your pharmacy will let you know.
